What is your new patient procedure?
On your first visit, you can expect to receive a consult and in depth examination focused around your goals. If x-rays are deemed necessary, you will obtain those from a local imaging center. Additionally, you will receive an adjustment if there are no red flags or concerns during your consult or examination.
Does the clinic accept insurance?
The clinic does not accept insurance and is cash only at this time. This is to provide you with longer appointment times and to create treatment plans centered around you and your goals.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments must be cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment time. If the appointment is missed or cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment, your card will be charge the full appointment.
Late Policy
If you are more than five minutes late, you will be rescheduled for another appointment and charged in full for the appointment. Since we believe in giving each patient longer appointment times, it is extremely important to arrive on time so you and others get their full allotted time. Please be advised that parking in the garage allotted for the building make take time, so plan to arrive a few minutes early.
Why are these policies needed?
Dr. Bailee values the time she has with each patient to help achieve patient's wellness goals. She is allotting a time for you in her schedule and by missing your appointment can prevent others from receiving care. These policies help our clinic run efficiently and everyone can get the most out of their appointments. Please arrive early to your appointments to avoid any of these problems.
